Intetics at Avasant’s Empowering Beyond Summit 2018 at Warner Brothers Studios

Intetics President and CEO Boris Kontsevoi visited the Avasant’s flagship annual Empowering Beyond 2018 Summit featuring C-level speakers. Over 250 senior executives from major technology providers IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, Amazon Web Services, HCL, Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Unisys.

The Empowering Beyond Summit is designed to inspire and stimulate the peer-based dialogue between providers, partners, and technology vendors who are looking to co-create business value for their clients. The industry leaders regard it as a must-attend event for business executives. It gives the unique opportunity to hear and interact with visionary speakers and industry executives.
The theme of 2018 event was “Innovation Reborn: The Power of Digital to Drive Business Outcomes”. The speakers delivered presentation covering the role of digital services, automation, artificial intelligence, technology and discussed the success stories of digital transformation.

The event opened with the gala reception on April 9th held jointly with Golf For Impact, annual charity fundraiser hosted by Avasant Foundation at the Lakeside Golf Club. Ashwin Rangan, CIO of ICANN gave an inspirational keynote touching upon the “internet of everything” and creation of the enterprise if the future.

The thought-provoking tone of the second day of the event was set by the Avasant Global CEO, Kevin Parikh who presented the opening keynote on “Innovation Reborn: The Power of Digital”.
“In today’s Information Age, with unlimited access to information, we’ve become overwhelmed with data that we’re unable to process. The Digital Age promises a future when automation frees humanity to reach its greatest potential,” noted Kevin.

The event key speakers like shared Hyperloop CEO, Dirk Ahlborn, and Plan International CIO, Jon Winder the ideas on digital innovation and building business models and governance mechanisms to enhance customer value.

Panel discussions included CXOs including Michelle Mosolgo of Merck & Co., Michele Steele of One America, and Kal Patel of Flextronics, discussing the topic, “The Digital Playbook: How to Survive, Thrive and Out-Compete”. Another panel focused on “From RPA to AI: The Road to Intelligent Automation” and was moderated by Anupam Govil, Partner at Avasant and Chair of Avasant’s Empowering Beyond Summit.

The two noteworthy keynotes by Jeanne Holm, CTO of the City of Los Angeles and Dirk Ahlborn discussed the advent of Smart Cities and building the future transportation.
