Intetics wins EOA’s European BPO Contract of the Year Award

October 14, 2015, by Alex Yuruts

Chicago, IL, October 14th 2015 – Last week at Pestana Palace in Lisbon, Portugal, the European Outsourcing Association (EOA) officially announced the winners of its sixth annual European Outsourcing Awards. Intetics won the award for European BPO Contract of the Year, demonstrating its ability to deliver ongoing business value to its client.

The awards celebrate outsourcing buyers and service providers who demonstrate the very best practice in pan-European outsourcing. The entries were judged based on value delivered to the client, and demonstration of best practices and continuous service innovation.

“Once again we’ve seen a fantastic array of organizations offering up some of the best outsourcing examples that Europe and beyond has to offer, making this year’s awards ceremony particularly competitive,” says Kerry Hallard, CEO of the National Outsourcing Association (NOA), EOA’s sister organization. “The winners must be immensely proud – every entrant and outsourcing partnership on the shortlist showcased the ability to provide business value in an exciting and innovative manner.”

Intetics was shortlisted among the finalists in July 2015. The award ceremony, which revealed the winners, took place on October 9th. Entries were evaluated by independent judges knowledgeable about best practices and results in outsourcing.

The European BPO Contract of the Year award was created to honor the company that demonstrated the best results in a contract’s strategy, partnership approach, benefits realization, best practice and governance, and innovation. Intetics based its award application on an 8 years long, ongoing contract with a client in Europe. Since project’s inception, Intetics helped the client increase sales by 14%, while also increasing productivity by 30% and decreasing costs.

Intetics is extremely proud of this achievement, as it shows its continuous commitment to delivering the best performance in outsourcing and in value creation for its clients.
