On April 7th 2016, UK’s National Outsourcing Association (NOA) released the finalist shortlist for its annual Professional Awards. Two Intetics teams were shortlisted for the Best Nearshore Team and Excellence in IT Transformation awards. Intetics President and CEO was also among the finalists for the Manager of the Year award.
NOA’s Professional Awards are in their 4th year and are designed specifically to celebrate the achievements and talents of those working across the outsourcing industry. The Awards recognize individuals, teams and companies who demonstrate outstanding leadership, create and live by the industry’s best practices, and achieve outstanding success through sourcing.
The team entries are judged in 5 separate categories, which include the project’s strategy and vision, team structure, best practices and governance, benefits realization for the client and innovation. Individual entries are judged based on the person’s experience, governance strategies, adherence to best practices, innovation in the sphere of outsourcing, ability to provide concrete benefits for clients, and offer market insight.
Kerry Hallard, CEO of the NOA, commented: “The availability of skills is increasingly becoming a chief concern for those operating in the outsourcing sector in the UK and beyond – our research throughout 2015 demonstrated this is the case now more so than ever. And that’s why the NOA’s Professional Awards exists – to showcase outsourcing’s most talented, and encourage the professionalisation of outsourcing globally.”
Two of Intetics projects were nominated and shortlisted among the industry’s best. The team for Best Nearshore Team has worked with the client for 5 years. The team shortlisted in Excellence in IT Transformation has worked with the client for 10 years and has recently helped launch a brand new product.
Intetics President and CEO, Boris Kontsevoi, was shortlisted as Manager of the Year. Kontsevoi founded the company in 1995. He has since introduced successful commercial outsourcing models such as Offshore Dedicated Team and Remote In-Sourcing in the industry.
Last year, Intetics was shorlisted for having one of the Best Offshore Teams. Intetics also won the BPO Contract of the Year award from the European Outsourcing Association (EOA), NOA’s sisters organization.
The winners were announced at the NOA’s Professional Awards 2016 on Thursday 19th May 2016 at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
