Chicago, IL, October 14th 2015 – Last week at Pestana Palace in Lisbon, Portugal, the European Outsourcing Association (EOA) officially announced the winners of its sixth annual European Outsourcing Awards. Intetics won the award for European BPO Contract of the Year, demonstrating its ability to deliver ongoing business value to its client.
The awards celebrate outsourcing buyers and service providers who demonstrate the very best practice in pan-European outsourcing. The entries were judged based on value delivered to the client, and demonstration of best practices and continuous service innovation.

Intetics was shortlisted among the finalists in July 2015. The award ceremony, which revealed the winners, took place on October 9th. Entries were evaluated by independent judges knowledgeable about best practices and results in outsourcing.
The European BPO Contract of the Year award was created to honor the company that demonstrated the best results in a contract’s strategy, partnership approach, benefits realization, best practice and governance, and innovation. Intetics based its award application on an 8 years long, ongoing contract with a client in Europe. Since project’s inception, Intetics helped the client increase sales by 14%, while also increasing productivity by 30% and decreasing costs.
