Earlier this week, Boris Kontsevoi, Intetics CEO and President, took part in the 5th Ascent Conference, an invite-only event for C-level go-to-market leaders. In this quick wrap-up, you’ll get to know how it was and grasp the top insight on what steps you can take to drive innovation to your business strategy.
On November 14-15th, more than 1,500 top US business executives gathered in New York City for exclusive networking and 30+ hours of stage content about the most significant trends in SaaS over the next year.
On the second day of the event, Boris hosted one of the 150+ C-level “braindates,” a knowledge-sharing group conversation on a topic of participants’ choice. He covered the following topic: “Innovation as a Service (InnaaS): Setup, Elements, Challenges.” Mr. Kontsevoi shared the accumulated knowledge regarding the current innovation setup: processes, organizational structure, and its elements:
- Digital Transformation,
- Automation,
- BPM,
- Software,
- Data,
- Analytics/AI,
- CoEs resources (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity),
- talent availability,
- and team formation.
A considerable focus was put on obtaining the above-mentioned innovative components by cooperating with IT service providers and how to scale a business due to such interchange. Peers discussed the current solutions and efficient approaches to address the unique challenges. The subject matter of the discussion appeared to be of high interest and relevance for many conference visitors: 7 participants, instead of the planned 5, took part in the round table, which lasted for more than an hour, exceeding the set time limit of 45 min per talk.
“It was an incredible experience to brainstorm, find solutions to challenges, and share expertise within a group of both great leaders and brilliant people. We’ve discussed the most important aspects of innovation and debated which efforts are needed to set them up within an organization.”
