The MarkaPracodawcy.pl judging committee honored the Intetics team with the Friendly Workplace 2022 Special Award and Friendly Workplace trophy.
The trophy is granted to companies that have earned 20 or more points during the evaluation process.

“Friendly Workplace” is a special award that aims to encourage and appraise healthier working conditions for employees. The judges are editors of the MarkaPracodawcy.pl portal, one of the most influential HR media on the European market.
The award application process implied filling out a special form with questions concerning the employees’ working conditions and processes, such as:
- Employee Relations,
- Employee Training & Development,
- Work-Life Balance,
- Healthy Workplace,
- and Benefits.
A company is eligible for an award if it meets all the committee’s criteria and demonstrates innovative working methods. Along with the application form, the committee also validates and analyzes the company’s brand image: website information, feedback on the web, etc.
