On March 11, 2010, Michael Grebennikov, Intetics VP Operations, participated in the EXTEND consultations held in Minsk, Belarus. The aim of Consultations was to determine the priority guidelines of co-operation of the Republic of Belarus and the European Union (EU) in the sphere of information and communication technologies for the years 2010–2015. This event was held at the initiative and within the framework of the international project EXTEND, “Extending ICT research co-operation between the European Union, Eastern Europe and the Southern Caucasus”. It was financed by the European Commission in the line of the 7th Framework program of the EU scientific research and technological development for the sake of activation of the scientific and technical co-operation with the Eastern Europe and Transcaucasia countries in the ICT sphere. Belarus was the first country among the countries of the region presented in the project that determined the priority guidelines of co-operation with the EU.
