The annual meeting of Intetics Top Managers and Board of Directors’ was held in a newly established office in Lviv, Ukraine on 21-22 May 2018 under the chairmanship of Mr. Boris Kontsevoi, President and CEO Intetics Inc.
During these days the Meeting has decided upon launch of new and further development of the existing Centers of Competence and Centers of Excellence. The centers are regarded as the company’s internal institutions of skills development and knowledge acquisition. They provide expertise for project support, acting both as repositories of knowledge as and resource pools for various business areas.
The company top management and executives also adopted the proposed resolutions on:
- Updates in the employee engagement policy,
- State of GDPR compliance,
- Amendments to Marketing and Sales strategies,
- Customer engagement programs,
- RPA and GEO depatments’ development
- Talent Acquisitions strategies.
The annual meeting was timed to the company branch opening. Mr. Kontsevoi said: “This is a strategically important location for us. This new branch brings more opportunities for expanding the current project.”
