The Client needed a solution for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments. The existing system relied heavily on phone calls, placing a significant burden on patients and healthcare support staff. They were also looking to increase their patient base and foster sustained engagement with their services.

The startup aimed to develop an app to share an Internet connection and build a mesh network exclusively on mobile platforms.

The CRM system the Client uses has a lot of operations that are simple, repetitive, and can/should be automated to economize user time and make CRM usage more efficient and convenient.

The Client delivers innovative products for the automotive and transportation industries, such as real-time parking, traffic information, and solutions that facilitate the safe testing and deployment of autonomous vehicles.
