From July 24th Belarus allows visa-free entries for up to 30 days through Minsk National Airport. The regulation allows applies to the countries of EU, US, Japan and some others.

To enter Belarus on visa-free basis you need to have a valid passport or another travel document, a certain sum of money for each day of stay and a medical insurance valid in Belarus.
