On March 15th GSA UK announced the shortlist for its annual Professional Awards. Two Intetics teams were shortlisted for the Excellence in BPO and Best Nearshore Team.
The GSA’s Professional Awards exists to recognize the individuals, teams and companies who do their utmost to make Sourcing work. The shortlist spans a wide variety of functions and industry
sectors, but all of those featured have one thing in common – a drive to achieve outstanding success through sourcing.
The team entries are judged in 9 separate categories which uncover the advancement in outsourcing, insourcing, global business services, shared services, automation, governance and benefits realization for the client.
Kerry Hallard, CEO of the GSA UK, commented: “The ongoing availability of skills is increasingly becoming a chief concern for those operating in the sourcing sector in the UK and beyond, as our
industry is disrupted by new technologies and innovations. That’s why the GSA’s Professional Awards exists – to celebrate sourcing’s most talented people, and encourage the continuing
professionalization of the industry globally through showcasing sourcing best practice along with the Global Sourcing Standard.”
We are proud to enter the list of finalists with major brands such as Aviva, British Gas, KPMG, Met Office and Cognizant.
Intetics teams nominated for Excellence in BPO and Best Nearshore team have worked with clients for many years and have successfully implemented new business models and project management initiatives. It is an honor to be recognized for our work and contribution to Sourcing industry.
The winners will be announced at the GSA’s Professional Awards 2017 on Thursday 11th May 2017. This year the ceremony takes place at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester and follows the GSA UK’s Northern Conference, a free one-day conference recognizing the growing contribution that Northern cities such as Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle are making to the sourcing industry
