The 2009 European Outsourcing Summit is a part of IAOP’s world-renowned Outsourcing World Summit Series intended for defining and shaping the future of outsourcing as a management practice. This year’s participants gathered in Copenhagen, Denmark on 15-16 October to find out how they could successfully use outsourcing to rebuild the global crisis economy. Attendees of the Summit heard from and networked with the field’s best practitioners and gained valuable insights which enabled them to:
