On March 28th 2014, Intetics was recognized among the Best Companies to Work for in Belarus. The award recognizes the best companies to work for, based on unbiased employee evaluation.
Organized by dev.by, a leading Belarus IT portal , the third annual awards is the only similar evaluation of IT companies in Belarus, where employees of nominated companies openly vote and evaluate their employers and work experience. The awards are based on company size, and Intetics was recognized as one of the top 3 companies to work for in the 150-300 employees category.
Employees evaluate their employers based on the company’s image, executive, direct supervisor, team dynamics, everyday tasks and project quality, career development, salary, benefits and comfort. The votes are then collected and evaluated according to a comprehensive methodology. The companies awarded the recognition for “Best Company to Work For” received the highest grade in all categories.
