Intetics Co. becomes Intetics Inc. with new headquarters in Florida

After 13 years as an Illinois corporation with Chicago headquarters, Intetics has officially moved its head office to Naples, Florida. During the transition, Intetics also changed its legal status from “Co.” to “Inc.”

In July 2016, Intetics moved its corporate headquarters from Wilmette, IL to Naples, FL, with its new address at 10001 Tamiami Trail N, Suite 114, Naples, FL 34108. The former Chicago headquarters office will remain open at the same location as a local Intetics branch. Although even with its “Company” designation Intetics was a corporation, changing its legal designation to “Inc” finally clarifies this distinction.

Intetics is thrilled to join Florida’s vibrant technology sector. The state is home to over 26,000 IT companies, and is the country’s 3rd largest exporter of high-tech products. Florida was also the birthplace of the IBM computer (and IBM still have an office in Florida). This year, Florida was also ranked as the second best state for business, a ranking based on a survey of over 500 CEOs that measured perceptions of workforce quality, regulations and the living environment.

The name and address change is not going to have a major effect on Intetics’ day-to-day operations – we will continue to provide some of the best software development services in the world. We look forward to doing business with our clients as Intetics Inc!
