Lake Buena Vista, Florida, February 16th 2016 – On February 15th, 2016, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals announced this year’s top 100 global outsourcing companies. Part of its annual Global Outsourcing 100 listing, Intetics has been named to the list for the tenth year.
List’s purpose
The Global Outsourcing 100 list recognizes the best outsourcing service providers in the world. It serves as a key tool for outsourcing buyers to find and select their outsourcing partner.
“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional. The Global Outsourcing 100 list has done just that.”
said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill.
“IAOP is proud to recognize Intetics for being among the highest rated companies.”
Selection Process
The List is based on the applications received. IAOP membership is not required to be considered. The applications are judged by experienced outsourcing buyers and experts, from different industries and organizations. The 2016 10-person judges panel included supplier managers and academics. It was chaired by IAOP’s CEO Debi Hamill and Michael F. Corbett and included:
- • Teresa Harris, COP, Global Supplier Relationship Manager, GE
- • William Hefley, Ph.D., CDP, COP, Clinical Professor, Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas
- • Cheryl Seely, COP, Manager, Thomson Reuters
- • Paul Quaglia, COP, CIO, Scientific Games
- • Mary D. Lewis, Manager, Sourcing Governance & Analytics, Sprint
- • Brian Nicholson, Professor of Information Systems, Manchester Business School
- • Daniel Beimborn, Professor, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
- • Scott Singer, Managing Director, GBS, Rio Tinto
The application mirrors a buyer RFP process and includes a comprehensive look at the company’s infrastructure, growth, business models, innovation capability, and certifications. One of the most vital components is also customer reference letters written specifically in support of the company’s application.
Intetics inclusion on the list
The list is organized into two broad categories based on company size. Intetics is in the “Rising Star” category, among only 25 companies accepted and included in the list.
“For many companies being named to the List even once is a great honor. Having been among the best outsourcing providers for ten years demonstrates our deep commitment to customer satisfaction and quality software. We will continue to create the best distributed teams, deliver exceptional quality software and ensure that our clients’ technological needs are met. I am certain that our focus on resolving customer technological challenges will earn us a spot among the best for years to come,”
commented Boris Kontsevoi, Intetics Founder and President.
Intetics has been among the Top 100 outsourcing companies for ten years. Its first IAOP award was in 2006, when Intetics was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 sub-list for best government and education providers. The following year it was included in the Top 100 list, and has been among the best since.
Over the years the format of the List changed. The list always separated companies based on size, calling companies with 5,000 employees and over $50 million in revenue “Leaders”, and others “Rising Stars”. The old format of the List included an actual ranking of the Top 100 based on scores. Intetics climbed to the top of the Rising Star category and remained at the top for three consecutive years. Upon format change of the List itself, Intetics continues to show excellence in every respect of its outsourcing practices.
The full lists and sub-lists of the 2016 Global Outsourcing 100 list will be published in a special Fortune 500 issue of FORTUNE® magazine in June 2016.

About GO100
The Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists are essential references for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. The lists include companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services. To ensure participation by a broad cross-section of the industry, The Global Outsourcing 100 list includes both larger established global firms, referred to as ‘Leaders,’ as well as smaller, faster growing firms with less than $50 million per year in revenue and/or fewer than 5,000 employees, referred to as ‘Rising Stars.’ Companies are first organized by Leader or Rising Star criteria and then evaluated based on the four judging categories. The final list is composed of the top 75 Leaders and top 25 Rising Stars.
