Serge Stepantsov embarked on his professional journey in the field of Information Technology in 1995 and later joined Intetics in 2000.
With a deep passion for programming, Serge has established himself as a laureate of international programming competitions and honed his skills through hands-on experience in various roles encompassing the entire software development lifecycle. His expertise ranges from programming, quality assurance, and systems analysis to project and production management, coaching, client support, and new business development. This diverse skillset provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and enables to excel in different aspects of IT.
Serge holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, demonstrating his strong academic foundation. In addition, he keeps expanding his knowledge through professional development initiatives – he has earned a professional diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, completed an accelerated MBA course, and participated in specialized professional programs offered by Carnegie Mellon University.
Currently, Serge occupies a pivotal position where he oversees overall company management, including strategic planning and daily operations. His leadership and vision play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of the organization.
