Intetics is committed to the responsible, safe, and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
Our internal AI systems, tools, and models are developed and operated in alignment with international standards,
including ISO/IEC 42001:2023.

Permitted Use

AI systems may be used to:

• support business operations and automation,
• enhance software development and quality assurance processes,
• improve customer-facing solutions,
• increase productivity and efficiency.

Prohibited Use

AI systems must not be used for:

• unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful activities,
• generating misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content,
• violating privacy or data protection laws,
• compromising security or intellectual property,
• bypassing safety, ethical, or governance controls.

Data Protection & Privacy

AI systems operated by Intetics follow strict data-handling requirements.
Personal data is processed only when lawful, necessary, and explicitly approved.

Responsible Use

All employees and contractors must:

• follow internal AI governance policies,
• ensure accuracy, fairness, and transparency in AI outcomes,
• report incidents, misuse, or unexpected behaviour.
