Robotic process automation (RPA) is the practice of automating routine business processes with software robots. Today it used to boost departments efficiency, increase teams productivity, reduce time efforts and for many other reasons. However, most of us notice that software robots like chatbots have become a reality. But how did it all began? Instead of diving into the history of technologies and approaches, we would like to share the story of our RPA department.
