Junior Recruiter /Junior Talent Acquisition

  • 4 month experience in recruiting of IT specialists;
  • Knowledge and experience in various search methods and techniques in IT area;
  • Familiarity with local IT market;
  • Intermediate English level;
  • Attention to details is super important;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Establish new contacts with the subcontractors and maintenance existing database;
  • Prescreening CV and conducting interviews. Providing different kinds of feedback;
  • Negotiations execution with the company partners and Hiring managers;
  • Work closely with the Ukrainian Talent Acquisition team to develop innovative ¬†research strategies that produce a continuous pipeline of candidates;
  • Conduct market research and create innovative sourcing initiatives & strategies.

Will be a plus

  • Sales experience or recruiting agency background
  • Accounting experience

2. Provide at least 3 contacts (different companies) according to the following target:

– Small size IT-company from Ukraine.
– Mobile development.
– UI/UX Design.

Contacts should be positions responsible for sales or business development. Find as much channels of communication as you can.

3. ¬†Imagine that you’ve just found new appropriate candidate in LinkedIn. What will you write to him to establish first contact?
