IT Recruiter


• 2+ years of experience as IT recruiter.
• Understanding of the IT market.
• Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process
• Successful experience of closing middle/senior level vacancies
• Intermediate English level (writing/speaking)
• Ability to think outside the box
• High level of negotiation skills

  • Negotiating with potential candidates, carrying out pre-screening and set up interviews with candidates
  • Managing interview and test task completion by candidates
  • Reporting and gathering statistics on all recruiting processes
  • Market research
  • Representing Intetics company at various conferences and other external events
  • Maintaining recruitment process in EU area

Will be a plus

• Good knowledge of IT technologies, necessary to be on the same page with candidates
• Excitement to learn new (tools, approaches, etc.)
