Agile Project Manager


Intetics (Minsk) – a partner of Intetics Inc, a Global Software Development Company with 20 years of history and a member of The Global Outsourcing Top 100 for 10th consecutive years – is looking for talented Project Manager.

It is a mobile application platform that engages in natural conversations with patients through the use of a virtual healthcare assistant. The easy to use app allows direct appointment scheduling, managing medications, and monitoring of chronic conditions. The application gives patients the drive to be more engaged in their own healthcare and clinicians the tools to ensure patients stay healthy and up to date.
The project incorporates modern speech recognition and artificial intelligence technologies.

Client location: California, USA

Minsk team size: 13 people

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile.
  • Experience with Scrum practices: Grooming, Iteration Planning, Daily Scrums, Demonstrations, Retrospectives. Knowledge of Scrum scalability practices.
  • Understanding of Agile development practices: Continuous Integration, Automated Testing and etc.
  • Understanding of a software development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of usability and mobile development principles.
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project and etc).
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills.

Will be a plus:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science degree.
  • Business analysis skills (requirements specification and management, skills in preparaton of different requirements types, requirements elicitation skills).
  • UI and UX prototyping (creation of static and dynamic UI prototypes).
  • Knowledge of other project management methodologies (Kanban).
  • Experience in software development.


English level:

Our client is English-speaking, so it is important you can efficiently communicate in both written and spoken English.

  • Facilitate and apply agile development best practices (Scrum, XP and etc). Suggest areas of the process improvement, discuss them with the Customer.
  • Manage the development team. Monitor the team performance (regular performance assessment and the team motivation).
  • Releases and iterations planning together with Program Manager and CTO at the customer’s side.
  • Requirements clarification and specification together with the customer’s Product Owners.
  • Prepare the software documentation.
  • Weekly reporting to Portfolio Manager from Intetics, preparation of the team labor report on monthly basis.
  • Organization of various events for the team (team buildings, business trips, educational sessions and etc.).
  • Following of Intetics internal processes.
  • Estimate new projects and project phases.
