    The client has an internal system called GANAG CRM, intended to manage the customer database, hotels, business partners, and hardware equipment, monitor the status of the hardware availability and operability, track the service usage, generate bills, and invoice customers. They decided to transfer the system development and maintenance to Intetics in order to increase its quality and availability, and speed up the development of new functionality answering the changes in business processes and requirements. Intetics suggested and implemented procedures of change request management, bug tracking and project collaboration solutions which allowed better control over the development process and made it possible to satisfy budget tracking requirements.

    Hecht Contactlinsen GmbH is a Germany based company specializing in the production of custom-made lenses in various designs delivered across Europe. Due to the manual lens order processing the Company has faced a reducing efficiency of the workflow. The company received its orders either by fax (50%) or by email requests (12%). To simplify the lens selection and overall ordering workflow, and to optimize the number of orders, our client needed to extend its digital capabilities to be able to process orders automatically, increasing efficiency and ensuring user satisfaction.

    This is a comprehensive presentation Web site with a variety of multimedia content about the company and Brava System. B2B and B2C components provide a complete framework and automate a number of operations for doctors, patients, and Brava staff. A server-side application is used to handle connections and data transfer, store data in the central database, and generate reports. Client Private Area allows clients to view their progress data, statistical charts, and reports for a specified period of time.

    Intetics’s Client is a US-based eCommerce company committed to delivering working families access to great brands in household appliances and electronics at affordable prices. At a stage of the concept realization, the Client faced the challenge of developing a solution from scratch, turn their innovative concept into a commercially viable product and launch it to the market in 3-4 months. Having extensive experience and portfolio including similar projects, Intetics offered the vision for platform development. The Client agreed to choose us to deliver the solution.

    The solution allows private and commercial website owners to benefit from the popularity of their homepages and start making profit right away without any costs or risks. It provides all the technology needed to create individual branded merchandise, offered through an online shop, which can be easily integrated in any website. Everything is managed online. Users need only an Internet connection and graphic files or logos. The company will take care of stock management, production, shipping, payment processing, and customer service. It gives users all the functions necessary to operate an online merchandise shop.


    The SmartTrip™ system enables corporate travel agents and travellers to book flights by indicating search parameters and getting cumulative results from multiple Web sources. Users can reach an external page with selected flights directly from the SmartTrip search results page. The system allows for airport selection: the user types the name of a city, and SmartTrip displays all airports in the area. Flights found by different search engines are arranged in groups to let the user compare prices on the same flight.

    The solution is an online wholesale store intended for customers who perform local inventory using the barcode reading technology. The application allows users to replenish supplies manually if they did not have a barcode scanner or in case of hardware failure during the automatic upload process. The application offers a shopping cart and enables users to create an individual shopping list for each shelf location within their facilities.

    The solution had to manage in a scalable and reliable way a larger customer database with information collected from 7 countries where the retails stores were located. The Client wanted a long-term solution to process and manage the customer database efficiently. They were looking for a partner to collect the data from different data sources such as kiosk registration points, paper forms, web pages, payment history, etc., then process and report it for efficient marketing campaigns.

    Intetics Client, Conversity, is a leading intelligent guided selling platform provider for retailers, telco & consumer brands. The company decided to launch a digital commerce platform, RIPPL and wanted it to be available as an enterprise scalable SaaS solution. The accomplishment of this goal was accompanied by several challenges. As initially having a concept only, Conversity created RiPPL as an MVP and further it was enriched with numerous features and functionality.
