Ruben Dario Arias

Ruben is a bilingual professional in client engagement, strategic planning, technology operations, and management of projects and cross-cultural teams. He has over 16 years of international experience in the IT industry and extensive industry expertise in telecommunications, finance, and retail.

Ruben joined Intetics in 2022 to enhance the company’s operation in the LATAM region. He is responsible for Client account management, Project Management support, and day-to-day office affairs operations to ensure the efficiency of Intetics Deliver Center in Bogota, Colombia.

His career started in a technology startup in retail back in 2006. Before joining Intetics, Ruben had worked in an international telecom company where he managed projects and programs in a broad technology stack for clients across the globe. During around ten years there, he had multiple positions in project management. The latest was Global Delivery Program Director.

He holds a degree in Systems and Telecom Engineering with a post degree in Project Management, PMP certification from PMI, MBA in Administration, and MBA with emphasis on strategic leadership in a global environment.
