Boris Kontsevoi, President and CEO
Mr. Kontsevoi is a founder of the company. Under his leadership a group of software engineers developed into a truly global outsourcing company with multiple professional certifications and industry awards, including Top 100 Outsourcing and Top 100 Global Services company. For the impressive growth Intetics had demonstrated over the years, its founder received an Entrepreneurial Excellence Award from The Business Ledger in 2009. Mr. Kontsevoi has over 20 years of managing experience and about 40 scientific publications. He was a featured speaker at several international conferences. He holds a Masters degree in Radiophysics and Computer Science from the Belarusian University and certificates in project management from Aspen (ISIM) University, Colorado, USA. Mr. Kontsevoi completed the Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class and is on his way to obtaining the COP designation – a standard of excellence in outsourcing industry. During the last 7 years Mr. Kontsevoi serves as a Distinguished Judge of WebAward Competition conducted by Web Marketing Association. He is also a member of IAOP, the Outsourcing Institute, the Illinois Technology Association, the Technology Executive Club of Chicago and several other professional, commerce and community organizations. Being part of the Expert Working Group of IT-Ukraine Association, Mr. Kontsevoi develops a Plan of Action for Implementing the Concept of the Ukrainian Software Industry Development.
Michael Grebennikov, VP of Operations
Mr. Grebennikov started working with Intetics from its inception in 1995, first as deputy director and later as director. In 1999 he became Intetics’ managing partner. Mr. Grebennikov is responsible for the function and development of our three offices, as well as for maintaining high performance levels for the entire organization. He has implemented and honed reliable development processes for Intetics, which has helped to reduce customer turnover and expand our business with key clients. Mr. Grebennikov’s experience in IT outsourcing is impressive and extensive. He is recognized within the industry for his creative thinking and strong organizational skills. Mr. Grebennikov holds a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, and a number of certificates from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania U.S., and the Chartered Institute of Marketing and IPM Business school.
Alex Golod, VP of Global Delivery
Mr. Golod has over 15 years of progressive IT management experience in several prominent U.S. companies including Motorola, GGP, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois with an emphasis on IT outsourcing, Oracle databases, and project management. Since establishing Intetics headquarters in Chicago in early 2003, Alex was instrumental in developing corporate and business development strategy and alliances worldwide. The growth of Intetics is reflected in a wide array of awards and industry recognition. Mr. Golod is an active professional member of IAOP, and featured speaker at IAOP Chicago Chapter Meetings. Alex is also excited to be actively involved in launching Eastern European Chapter of IAOP in Ukraine and Poland as Co-Chair and hopes to educate the outsourcing community about the advantages of Eastern Europe as attractive global sourcing destination. Additionally, Alex is an outsourcing expert quoted in several publications, including IEEE Computer Magazine, Midwest Business, and European and Japanese press, as well as speaker and participant in various forums and roundtables, including Russian IT Seasons and R&M Forum 2008. Mr. Golod has a master’s degree in applied mathematics and computer science as well as a master’s certificate in IT project management from George Washington University. Alex is a member of several technology, professional, and community organizations, including Association of Information Technology Professionals, the Illinois Technology Association, the Technology Executives Club of Chicago, and Mid America Club.
Dr. Valentin Kontsevoi, PhD, CEO of Intetics’ Belarus Branch
Dr. Kontsevoi holds a master’s degree in Radiophysics and Computer Science from the Belarusian State University. He started his career as a junior research associate at the Research Institute of Applied Physics at Minsk, Belarus, where he earned his Ph.D. and became Chief of the Computer Simulation Laboratory. Dr. Kontsevoi joined Intetics in 2003 to bring a systematic, scientific approach to the company’s operational management. He is the author of numerous scientific papers, reports and reviews, and is a widely respected executive in the industry.
Oleg Ridchenko, Director of Project Management
Mr. Ridchenko leads the team of project managers at our Minsk development office. He is responsible for corporate management process reviews and improvements, education, training of project managers, and supervising the management processes on all projects. After more than 10 years with Intetics, Mr. Ridchenko has successfully managed and monitored many of our most important projects, acted as a project enabler, and played a key role in setting up efficient PM and development processes. Mr. Ridchenko holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University, as well as Professional Certificates in Management from Open University, United Kingdom, and the International Institute of Management Link, Russia.
Victoria Alexandrova, Production Center Director
Ms. Alexandrova holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Kharkiv National Aerospace University, Ukraine, and possesses over eight years of IT management experience in several Ukrainian outsourcing and software development companies. She has successfully led complex projects in a diverse set of industries including mobile applications for the aviation industry; mobile security suites for Windows Mobile, Blackberry RIM, PALM OS, SYMBIAN; digital asset management platforms; and custom supply chain management suites. An expert in multiple technology platforms, Ms. Alexandrova is exceptionally efficient in translating business and technology requirements into solutions, managing risks and quality control.
Sergey Terekhov, Director of Quality Assurance/Release Manager
Mr. Terekhov has over 15 years of experience in software testing, as well as more than eight years of experience in QA team leading. His responsibilities cover QA planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and communication with project stakeholders. Mr. Terekhov joined the company in 2006 to build a stable QA department and set up our QA and Release Management process. Prior to joining Intetics, Mr. Terekhov gained extensive experience in QA team leading in telecommunications and banking technologies. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Systems from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Possessing strong analytical and organizational skills, Mr. Terekhov supports and enhances Intetics’ Quality Management System based on the international standard ISO 9001:2008, and takes part in the related internal and external audit.
Nadezhda Gagauz, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Gagauz joined Intetics in 2008 to develop and create new HR management procedures for the company. Thanks to her efforts, the processes of recruitment, personnel development and employee attestation have been optimized and streamlined. Ms. Gagauz has more than 10 years of experience and success in HR and related fields. After obtaining her master’s degree in Psychology and Pedagogy, she worked as a psychologist, business trainer, HR manager, and Head of our Training Center. During this period Ms. Gagauz amassed a wealth of experience in the disciplines of IT, business processes, business communications, negotiations and problem solving. She is a wonderful strategic planner and communicator.
Yuri Piskunovich, Director of Quality Management
Mr. Piskunovich joined Intetics in 2003 as a Quality Control Engineer and soon thereafter was named a Project Manager. In his present role, he is responsible for managing and coordinating the overall QMS function, documentation development and maintenance, internal and external audits, continual improvement, measurement and analysis. Mr. Piskunovich ensures the effectiveness of Intetics’ processes and their compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. He holds a master’s degree in Software Development and Information Technologies from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, as well as a diploma in Quality Management System Audit from the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization.
Eugene Lanetski, Director of System Integration
Mr. Lanetski joined Intetics in 2009 to lead and develop a new business area of the company – System Integration. In this role he ensures maximum productivity and effectiveness of end-to-end sales process for Intetics’ System Integration department. Prior to Intetics, Mr. Lanetski worked as a head of sales department at Incom Company, a leading player in the Ukrainian IT market. He was also the founder of Service Center LLC which served the needs of the regional state administration. He began his career at a wholesale petroleum distribution company, where worked his way up from accountant to financial director. Mr. Lanetski holds a master’s degree in Economic Informatics from Kharkiv State Economic University.
