How we do it

Intetics follows the Project Based model for complex projects with requirements that are either unclear or likely to change during the development process. This model’s strict project management and reporting procedures require that task and time reports are generated on a weekly/monthly basis for each person working on the project. This produces excellent transparency and accountability for our clients. It also guarantees a high degree of flexibility for you as the size of your team and its structure may be modified during the course of the project to fit changing workloads and updated objectives.

Intetics implements the Project Based model using the Iterative Development process. This presupposes continuous communication, short iterations, repeated reviews and frequent deliveries. Our staff will work closely with you to define requirements, document and prioritize them, and get your approval before making a draft estimate of prices and delivery dates. Thus, project requirements that were unclear in the initial phase become more precise during the project. And, if the client decides to swap one feature for another, he or she is immediately informed of the impact on the project’s budget and due dates. As a result, you’ll always know exactly what to expect and retain full control of the entire process.
